The Boreham Project
We have completely landscaped the front area of the property with nida gravel 140 stabilisation grids and 10mm shingle to create the driveway and freshly laid topsoil and turf to each side.
The pool area has been completely refurbished with a pool/summerhouse, new brick walls to enclose the area and 20mm Brett porcelain patio around the pool.
The pool has had new coping stones laid around it and been painted in a rubberised pool paint.
The Yew Tree Project
This beautiful little cottage hadn’t been touched since the early 90s in fact the last electrical certificate was from 1945, we started by building a new extension on the rear to replace the one that had fallen down over the years.
Then we started on the inside of the property every wall was beyond repair so had to be completely taken back to brick/studwork and re boarded, plastered and painted.
The cottage also had a complete rewire, heating system, kitchen and bathroom which has totally transformed this property ready for the new tenants.
